1. The service

UIPrompt ("the Service") is a visual component design tool that generates prompts for AI coding assistants. The Service is operated by the UIPrompt team ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and trials

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full functionality and no payment method required. After the trial, paid features (including prompt export) require an active subscription. Your designs are retained regardless of subscription status.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, monthly ($12) or yearly ($96). Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never affect an already-paid period. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, no questions asked. Request it via the contact pageor by replying to your Paddle receipt email, and we'll process it promptly.

5. Your content

You own everything you design in UIPrompt and every prompt it generates. We claim no rights over your designs or the UI produced from generated prompts, including for commercial use.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell without permission, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
