14-day money-back guarantee

If UIPrompt isn't right for you, send us a message via the contact page(or reply to your Paddle receipt email) within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and haven't materially used the service since that charge. You can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid future charges while keeping access until the end of the paid period.

Message us via the contact page with the email on your account, or reply to any Paddle receipt email. Include the email you signed up with; we usually respond within one business day.

Your data

A refund never deletes your designs. Your account returns to the free locked state and everything is restored if you resubscribe later.
